SCTI are useless.
Their 24/7 operation is just a message service. I’m in the UK and as their poeple who count work 9 to 5 in NZ – communications are badly delayed.
I need to get home urgently because of a family tragedy, but find their having to wait for a decision from ’senior management’ most frustrating.
I paid a big surcharge because of an existing medical condition but, at this stage they are doing nothing to help prevent me having a repeat en-route.
They were expensive – even aftfer their online discount – I am no better off with the insurance which, so far, has been a waste of money.
My travel has been solely in the UK and I have seen doctors here at no charge under the reciprocal deal with NZ (including a Sunday house call).
Next time, I’ll take the risk and not waste money on insurance.
